As a videographer and motion designer, I learned the art of precision: framing details, syncing movement, and building flow. Every frame demanded balance between creativity and structure, vision and execution.

From reviewing thousands of pieces of content each day to leading a full moderation team, my journey has always been about one thing: bringing order to complexity. Whether through a lens or a dashboard, I’ve learned that excellence is built the same way through consistency, curiosity, and attention to the details that others might overlook.

This proven reliability naturally paved the way to team leadership. Today, my mission is one of strategic transformation: translating broad organizational vision into clear, actionable team objectives. I thrive on monitoring complex metrics, ensuring accurate reporting, and effectively deploying resources to drive tangible, sustainable results.
